starting a small business - what should I know

What do you have to do to start small business? Do you have to register a corporation if you work from home? Do you have to have an office? Do you need a bank account? Do you need an accountant?

I know I have a lot of questions but please any info will be appreciated.
Also I live in Ontario.

First of all I would like to say "Hi" to all the members of this forum. I am a new member and this is my first post.

Coming back to your queries I would say "Yes" - common answer for all your questions.

You may not need at the beginning, but after few days you may fill the requirement. Like if you start alone then you can manage by working from home. But after a vertain period when your business grow, and you hire few people for your company, you may need one office.

Similarly for others.
